This funky little Tax & MOT exempt 1982 Honda NU50 Urban Express has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.

This and the fact it's only showing 1255 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

While it looks entirely plausible, we have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this is complete and remarkably original. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat.

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.

This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures from 42 years ago & it is every bit as nice as it looks here.....A great find!.

The wheels look straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plates.

Forks & yokes look straight & clean.

Mudguards are both solid & are very tidy.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & cowl.

Instruments & switches look good.

Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip.

Exhaust is original & solid.

Seat is in very good condition throughout & hides the original owner’s manual.

Indicators are tidy.

The engine turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression,

BUT BEST OF ALL

when we fed it fresh fuel, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs nicely.
